Mike:

My name is Mike Welch. I'm the president of a brand called Lavely. Going way back, before we partnered with Surpass, that was the partnership with Cin7. Cin7 led us to you. Our onboarding specialist spoke very highly of you guys right off the bat, which led to the introduction.

Without using your integration tool, that inventory is just kind of, like I said, in limbo. And that could be hundreds of thousands of units and several hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of inventory that's not accounted for at any given time.

I'd give you guys a great score on implementation, because you found the solution and you got it to us in a timely manner. And whenever you're looking for problems to a solution, it seems like they never come fast enough, but you guys did a good job.

If I really want to grow my business and get into a big box store like Walmart or Target, and they need a system that can respond quickly and on a giant level, that, you know, I couldn't respond to just with our previous systems.

Thirty, forty percent of my time used to be just managing the supply chain, the COGS, purchase orders. I'm still doing some of that stuff. I feel like I have to. Because I have the system in place, I can bring people on and train them. And that gives me time back to work on the business, not in the business, if you will. That's pretty valuable.

I've worked with other companies that have developers that could create stuff on the same level as Surpass, but what really sold me on them was the team on the front lines that is listening.

Why Surpass was the solution for me? They filled in the gaps. Even when I approached Surpass, I still hadn't refined in my own mind the problem. I knew I had a problem, and I gave you sort of pieces of it, snippets of it, and you guys were able to connect the dots. And that was invaluable.
